A prompt engineering workshop for businesses is an intensive, practical 4-8 hour session in which participants learn to build precise prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — applied to their own professional tasks. Instead of theory: every participant leaves with a set of 10-15 ready-to-use prompts for their role (marketer — briefs and copy, analyst — reports and data synthesis, PM — user stories and specifications). I teach chain-of-thought techniques, few-shot prompting, and structuring output in JSON or Markdown format. Training materials and the prompt library remain with the company permanently.

What I do differently

My workshops don't teach “magic prompts” but a way of working with models: how to provide context, examples and criteria, how to break a task into steps and how to check the result. We practise on your real tasks, so participants leave with prompts they'll use the next day. How many people can participate in one session?

Optimally 8-16 people to ensure time for individual exercises. Groups above 16 — I run parallel sessions or split into two dates. The minimum viable group is 4 people.

Are workshops available online?

Yes — I deliver both on-site (Poland and major European cities) and via Zoom/Teams with Miro as a virtual whiteboard for group exercises. Online quality is comparable to in-person with engaged participants.

Do the training materials stay with the company?

Yes — all materials, slides, prompt library, and the recording (if ordered) become company property. You can train new employees from these materials with no additional fees.

What AI tools do participants need?

Every participant should have access to at least one AI model — ChatGPT Plus (€20/month), Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced. I can help organise group access before the workshop if the company does not yet have subscriptions.

Are the workshops tailored to my industry?

Yes. Before the workshop I collect sample tasks from participants and build the exercises on them, so prompts and templates match what the team does every day.

Is there support after the workshop?

Yes. Participants receive materials and a prompt library, and a follow-up review session a few weeks later can be included to discuss what works in practice and extend the templates.
