Prompt Engineering Workshop for Business Teams

Practical prompt engineering workshop for marketers, analysts, and product managers. Your team leaves with ready-made prompts for daily work.

SERVICE DETAILS

A prompt engineering workshop for businesses is an intensive, practical 4-8 hour session in which participants learn to build precise prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — applied to their own professional tasks. Instead of theory: every participant leaves with a set of 10-15 ready-to-use prompts for their role (marketer — briefs and copy, analyst — reports and data synthesis, PM — user stories and specifications). I teach chain-of-thought techniques, few-shot prompting, and structuring output in JSON or Markdown format. Training materials and the prompt library remain with the company permanently.

Key Benefits

Every participant leaves with 10-15 prompts tailored to their role — not general knowledge, but tools ready to use from the next working day.

Saves 1-2 hours daily on typical tasks: email drafts, report synthesis, presentation creation, query responses — calculated on real examples from your company.

Avoidance of common prompt engineering mistakes: overly vague instructions, missing context, ignoring system prompts — after the workshop AI response quality improves 3-5x.

Company prompt library: a template set in Notion or Google Docs that grows with the organisation and builds internal AI knowledge.

Post-training materials: workshop recording (optional), slides, prompt library, and 30-day question access via Slack.

The Process

1

Needs analysis and customisation

Before the workshop you provide information about participant roles and typical tasks. I tailor content and examples to your industry and your team's daily challenges — zero off-the-shelf templates.

2

Theory section (1-2h)

How LLMs work (without maths — through intuition), anatomy of an effective prompt, types of prompts and when to use each, live demonstration of the difference between a weak and strong prompt.

3

Practical workshop (2-4h)

Participants build their own prompts for their professional tasks, practise iterative instruction improvement, and learn chain-of-thought and few-shot prompting. Individual and group work on real case studies.

4

Wrap-up and prompt library

Best prompts collected into a shared document (Notion/Google Docs), Q&A, follow-up plan. Participants receive a completion certificate and downloadable materials.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can participate in one session?

Optimally 8-16 people to ensure time for individual exercises. Groups above 16 — I run parallel sessions or split into two dates. The minimum viable group is 4 people.

Are workshops available online?

Yes — I deliver both on-site (Poland and major European cities) and via Zoom/Teams with Miro as a virtual whiteboard for group exercises. Online quality is comparable to in-person with engaged participants.

Do the training materials stay with the company?

Yes — all materials, slides, prompt library, and the recording (if ordered) become company property. You can train new employees from these materials with no additional fees.

What AI tools do participants need?

Every participant should have access to at least one AI model — ChatGPT Plus (€20/month), Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced. I can help organise group access before the workshop if the company does not yet have subscriptions.
