When should I choose an MVP over a full application?

An MVP is the right choice when you have a business hypothesis to validate, a budget under €8,000, or limited time (e.g. an investor pitch in 2 months). A full application makes sense when you have a validated product, a growing user base, and concrete scale requirements.

What does the process of building an AI application from scratch look like?

I start with a discovery workshop (2-3 days) where I define requirements, stack, and architecture. Then iterative sprints with regular demos and feedback. The project closes with a handover: code in GitHub, documentation, and a Q&A session with your engineering team.

What happens after the project ends?

I deliver a complete package: code in your repository, technical documentation, environment variables, a runbook, and a 30-day post-launch support period included in the price. You can then develop the product independently or engage me on a maintenance retainer.

How much does maintaining an AI application cost?

Maintenance has two components: infrastructure (Vercel/AWS/GCP — typically €50-500/month depending on traffic) and AI model costs (OpenAI/Anthropic — dependent on usage volume). Development support retainer from €600/month.
